Rosalia
Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia (Spanish meaning "Rosalia") is an Spanish pop and flamenco singer. As a teenager she sang both in traditional and popular music. However, her musical interests have expanded to include hip-hop and soul. Guitarist from Flamenco Pepe habichuela described her voice as delicate and sharp, yet with the bite of older singers. El Mal Querer gained her notoriety and commercial success when her debut album Los Angeles was released in the year 2017. It earned an award from the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist. The track La Fama featuring the Weeknd appeared in 2021. Motomami is her third studio album. The singer collaborated with a variety of musicians and producers including Cory Henry. The set was released on March 20, 2022 after an appearance of the single Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the first Spanish singer who performed solo in the program. In addition to winning three more Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia also became the first female to be awarded this award twice. Latin Album of the Year twice.
