The show featured her as the werewolf Maia Roberts for Freeform's fantasy series Shadowhunters that is based on The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare. Her character was first guest-starring in the second season. Then she became a series regular during season 3. Wainwright is currently a part of the Netflix show Raising Dion.
